Over nearly two decades in payments and commerce, I have operated at the intersection of commercial B2B payments, card issuing and acquiring, merchant SaaS, stored value infrastructure, and loyalty platforms. My focus has consistently been on transforming payment capabilities into sustainable, multi-market growth engines.

Across leadership roles at American Express, HSBC, and Pine Labs, I have led regional P&L ownership, enterprise partnership expansion, and cross-market growth across seven APAC markets.

Taiwan holds a particular place in my life, and I continue to study Traditional Chinese to deepen that cultural connection. I’m also actively exploring AI tools that improve productivity and help structure commercial decision-making — a thread that increasingly runs through both my work and personal projects.
